Marine & waterfront tuning

Dialed-in sound from cabin lounges to open decks.

From wake boats to backyard pavilions, we balance the zones, set limiter protection, and create presets for party, cruise, and chill scenes—all without hauling your gear to a shop or losing sync with your RV audio.

  • Cabin, tower, helm, and swim platform zones balanced live
  • Environmental filters for wind, water reflection, and salt air
  • Preset exports for cruise, dock, and late-night modes

Why remote works on the water

Live collaboration means every listener gets their zone.

You connect the laptop and measurement mic while we handle the DSP. We account for open-air reflections, cabin reverb, and waterline bass loss while you hear every change live, and we can match curves to your tow vehicle or home studio.

  • Sessions average 90 minutes for multi-zone vessels or residences.
  • We document trims, filters, and limiter thresholds for future tweaks.
  • Ambient noise compensated so vocals stay intelligible underway.

How it flows

Four-part process for marine DSP sessions.

  1. Discovery

Share diagrams or quick videos of your zones, amp channels, and control interfaces. We confirm software access and note acoustic challenges.

  2. Zone measurements

We guide mic placement through cabins, cockpits, towers, and docks, capturing sweeps to understand reflections, phase, and coverage.

  3. Calibration

We adjust crossovers, EQ, delays, and limiters per zone, testing transitions between areas while you walk and report in real time.

  4. Documentation

Receive presets labeled by zone/mood, exported files, screenshots, and recommendations for seasonal or party adjustments.

FAQ

Marine tuning questions we hear most.

Can you tune while the boat is docked or stored?

Yes. Most sessions happen at the dock or hangar. We only need power, Wi-Fi or hotspot access, and the ability to move the mic through each zone.

How do you manage outdoor reflections and noise?

We build EQ profiles that consider open-air reflections, set limiters to prevent harshness, and leave headroom for ambient noise when underway.

Do you coordinate with integrators or captains?

Absolutely. We can brief your installer, captain, or automation programmer, provide documentation, and schedule follow-ups when systems change.
